Meet Paul
(He/They) Paul Louis Lessard most recently completed a star turn in the 50th Anniversary Touring Production of London’s Regent’s Park production of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR as King Herod, garnering acclaim internationally as well as from the country’s top publications:

No stranger to the stage and microphone, Lessard made their west coast debut in Portland Center Stage’s 2010 production of SUNSET BOULEVARD.
Lessard, who proudly identities as queer, is known for their strong vocals and sharp comic skills which has taken them across the country creating roles in the US Premiere of Frank Wildhorn’s THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO at Pioneer Theatre Company to NYC where they received an “Outstanding Individual Performance Award” for their work in the New York Musical Festival.
Their work also includes performances at Music Theatre Of Wichita, The Maltz Jupiter Theatre, Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, Northern Stage, Maine State Music Theatre, North Shore Music Theatre, Palm Beach Dramaworks, as well as appearances at New York City’s Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center and in the film Easter Mysteries.
Originally hailing from Okemos, Michigan Lessard trained at The Interlochen Arts Academy, The London Dramatic Academy as well as receiving their BFA from The University Of Michigan.
Lessard teaches voice and pop/rock masterclasses and is currently in training to receive their yoga teacher certificate.
