Meet Kimo

KIMO CAMAT[he/him/his] is very excited to be celebrating Pride at his very first performance at Cabaret White.

Kimo was most recently seen on stage in Portland Playhouse’s production of Bella: An American Tall Tale where he played a fabulous stripping cowboy. Kimo is thrilled to be working with Darcy again at Cabaret White as well as their upcoming production of You’re A Goodman Charlie Brown at Broadway Rose. Some of Kimo’s favorite previous theatre credits include Cabaret with Fuse Ensemble, Cinderella at Northwest Children’s Theater, and American Idiot at Triangle Productions.

When not prancing around on stage, Kimo enjoys knitting, packing the karaoke bars with his best Judys, and chasing down every corgi he can find for some sweet cuddles. He would like to thank Darcy for inviting him to this celebration! He would also like to thank the Fairy Godmother in Shrek 2 for inspiring him to pursue a life of sequins, heavy eyeliner, and the love for a dramatic 80s power ballad. Kimo would like to wish everyone a happy and safe New Year!
